How to Order a Custom Range Hood

Ordering a made-to-order range hood from Artisan Vent Hood is simple. Follow the steps below to select your design, confirm the details, and track your order through delivery.

1. Choose Your Range Hood

Browse our stainless steel, brass, copper, and zinc range hood collections. Select the design that best fits your kitchen and project style.

2. Customize Your Design

Choose the available options shown on the product page, which may include the hood size, mounting style, body finish, straps, rivets, trim, pot rail, and ventilation configuration.

If you need a custom size, finish, or design detail, contact us before placing your order.

3. Add the Hood to Your Cart

Once you have completed your selections, add the product to your cart. You may include any additional project information or special requests in the order notes.

4. Review Your Order

Before checking out, carefully review the selected model, dimensions, finish, decorative details, ventilation option, shipping information, and order total.

If anything is unclear, please contact our team before completing your purchase.

5. Complete Checkout

Enter your billing and delivery information, then select one of the payment methods available at checkout. After the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Review Your Hood Drawing

Our team will prepare a detailed drawing based on the confirmed order information and send it to you for review.

Please check all measurements, proportions, finish details, and ventilation specifications carefully. Changes may be requested during this review stage before the drawing is approved.

7. Approve the Design

Production begins after we receive your drawing approval. Because each hood is made to order, design or measurement changes may not be possible once production has started.

8. Review the Finished Hood

When your range hood is complete, we will send finished-product photos for review before shipment. This gives you an opportunity to view the completed hood before it is packed and dispatched.

9. Shipping and Tracking

After the hood is cleared for shipment, it will be carefully packed and sent to the delivery address on the order.

Tracking or freight delivery information will be emailed when it becomes available. Shipping estimates and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
