Every Artisan Vent Hood is made to order. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary based on the size of your hood and where it is being delivered.
Order Processing
We typically begin processing your order within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take a little longer to process.
Because each hood is custom made, the production timeline begins after you have reviewed, signed, and approved the final drawing.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available to most addresses within the United States.
The estimated total lead time is 40–50 business days after final drawing approval. This generally includes:
-20–25 business days for production and order preparation
-20–25 business days for shipping and delivery
Actual timing may vary depending on the size and design of your hood, as well as the delivery location.
Expedited Shipping
Need your hood sooner? Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
The estimated total lead time is 25–35 business days after final drawing approval, including:
-20–25 business days for production and order preparation
-5–10 business days for expedited shipping and delivery
Expedited shipping costs are based on the size of the hood and the delivery requirements. Contact our team for a quote. We can typically provide expedited shipping pricing within one business day.
Locations Excluded From Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is not available for deliveries to:
-Alaska
-Hawaii
-Oregon
-Puerto Rico
-Canada
-Remote locations
Additional shipping charges may apply to these destinations. The cost is based on the package size and the distance to the delivery address.
If your order is being delivered to one of these areas, please contact us before placing your order for a shipping estimate.
Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered within the United States, applicable customs duties and taxes are included.
For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select destinations. Shipping costs and estimated transit times vary by location.
To request an international shipping quote, send our team your delivery address and the details of the range hood you are interested in. We will provide the available shipping option, estimated cost, and expected delivery timeframe.
How Your Order Will Ship
We select the shipping method based on the size and weight of your hood, the delivery address, and the requested delivery speed.
Your order may be shipped by:
-DHL for eligible expedited deliveries
-Freight carrier for large or heavy range hoods
-Local carrier for remote areas or locations requiring special delivery arrangements
DHL expedited service is available for an additional charge. The final cost depends on the size of the range hood.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email the available tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
If you have trouble locating your shipment or believe it may be delayed, please contact our customer service team for help.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If the packaging or range hood appears damaged, take at least three clear photos showing the damage and contact us right away. The photos will help our team review the issue and assist you with the next step.
If you believe your shipment is missing, please let us know as soon as possible so we can look into it.
