The canopy has a broad, flared bell shape, starting narrower at the top and opening toward the bottom with long, sweeping curves. There are no sharp breaks across the main body, so the copper hood cover has a smooth, substantial profile that feels more like a built-in architectural feature than a standard kitchen appliance.

Two gold straps run vertically down the front, following the curve of the canopy as it widens. They continue all the way into the lower apron, where a horizontal gold strap crosses the front. Together, the three straps create a distinctive cross-strap layout that gives the large copper surface a clear visual structure.
